Add LavaBot

1. Open the invite link from lavabot.dev/invite.
2. Pick your server and approve the permissions.
3. Run !setupserver to scaffold roles and channels, or just start using commands.

LavaBot needs Manage Server / Manage Roles / Manage Channels for the setup and moderation features. Staff commands are hidden from regular members automatically.
